How High Can You Get Off Coke

In Japan, the nuclear risk is increasingly visible.
The fuel rods in the reactor number 2 of the plant are no longer covered by water.
The company that manages the facility: "It may already be partially molten."

Not everyone knows that to run a plant need water for cooling, and release into the wild due to other serious damage.

cooling system and removing the heat produced must be efficient and continuous. The amount of heat to be subtracted is enormous and, to do this, you use large amounts of cold water from a natural source. This is the water of lakes, rivers or the sea. This is used and then thrown back into the natural spring, but the water is no longer the same temperature as before, is much hotter. Here then are those huge cooling towers (about 150 m high) in which further lower the temperature of these bodies of water before pouring back into the cold sources. Despite this, the outlet temperature is always higher than that of entry.
This is very delicate because it involves the equilibrium of ecosystems in which the panel is inserted and then the plant and animal life in rivers or lakes from which cold water is drawn.
